That is up to you. We offer a wide range of shipping options and the pricing is determined by your selected carrier and preferred timeline for arrival. Important to note, we package every item ourselves with care and a positive vibe sent your way. We wish we could see your smile when you open your package. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us and make a new purchase on our site.
JJC returns are accepted for all items within 30 days of purchase. A return label will be included in your package and we encourage you to use the same package we sent you for your return.
We apologize that your item was not in pristine condition upon arrival. Please call JJC at 1.203.266.4800 so we can make it right. Every package will arrive with a return shipping label. We love it when our fans use the original package for returns, however if it is damaged, please go the applicable carrier and ask for their assistance in placing the items in right-sized envelope, box and or package.
